I really don’t know what is said in the second part and I really don’t trust these lyrics… But I’ve given the most accurate translation my brain can come up with… English and Xhosa are really different so it’s hard to get some things Nguni people would understand into English.:-)

This is a beautiful song. It sounds more Zulu than Xhosa though. I understand the confusion though, the two languages are very closely related, sharing a lot of words.
Secondly, the translation is not accurate, and therefore not a true reflection of the meaning of the song
