Where it says “Maita simba muropa raJesu”, the translation is the same as in the previous line, “There is power in the blood of Jesus”, but it is merely using a different tense. It is explaining that the known power of the blood of Jesus has been evidenced by the miraculous works done as a result of declaring the blood of Jesus. (That is just for your information, but if you were singing it, you just say, ‘There is power in the blood of Jesus’)
